These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Foya88 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Foya88 website, platform, gaming services, and all associated products accessible viahttps://foya88.cam (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by Foya88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain a Foya88 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated agent).

• You must not have previously had an Account on the Platform terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Foya88 Account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including any deposited real money funds held in breach accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. You must not use fictitious information, another person's identity, or automated registration tools.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account credentials shall be deemed your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact Foya88 support immediately.

4.1 One Account Per Household

Only one Account is permitted per household address, IP address, device, and shared payment method. Foya88 uses technical monitoring to detect accounts linked by common identifiers. Where multiple accounts are identified sharing such identifiers, Foya88 may apply bonus restrictions or request additional verification.

4.2 Account Ownership

Your Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foya88 supports the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow QR, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC).

5.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed instantly. FPX bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes during normal operating hours. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.

Foya88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside Foya88's control and responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawals until the verification procedure is satisfactorily completed. Foya88 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit to the Account, or to verified accounts in the Player's own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements may result in the Bonus Balance being forfeited.

Foya88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that govern their activation, use, and withdrawal eligibility. The general conditions set out below apply to all Foya88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only and may not be exploited for guaranteed profit through mathematically risk-free strategies.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering (rollover) requirement, which must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• The maximum permitted bet while a bonus is active is typically capped at MYR 250–MYR 500 per round or wager. Exceding this limit while a bonus is in play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%. Sports bets may have varying contribution rates. Refer to the specific promotion page for the applicable game contribution table.
• Bonuses have a fixed validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from credit date). Unexpired bonus balances that have not been rolled over within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings may be capped as a multiple of the original bonus amount. This cap is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

New Foya88 Players may be eligible for a welcome deposit match bonus. Eligibility criteria, match percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, and maximum bonus amount are published on the promotion page and are subject to change at Foya88's discretion. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Foya88 actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering large amounts on high-RTP games exclusively to clear rollover requirements, placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts, and exploiting promotional mechanics through coordinated play. Where bonus abuse is identified, Foya88 reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend the Account, and withold withdrawals pending investigation.

All games offered on the Foya88 Platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generation) technology or are conducted by licensed live dealer studios. Outcomes are determined independently of any human intervention by Foya88 staff.

Bet settlement for sports betting markets is based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Football Association of Malaysia for Liga Super matches, the English Premier League for EPL fixtures, the UFC for combat sports events). In the event of a dispute regarding result classification, Foya88's ruling is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.

7.1 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of play. Foya88 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice, particularly for high-value or high-risk betting activity.

7.2 Void and Cancelled Bets

A bet may be declared void if: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the settlement window; the market was offered in error due to a system malfunction or data feed failure; or the bet was placed in violation of applicable betting rules. Voided bets are returned to the Player's Real Money Balance at the original stake value.

7.3 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlements, or account transactions must be raised with Foya88 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. Foya88's decision on all gameplay and settlement disputes, following internal review, is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Foya88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any alias, on the same device, IP address, or household.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or information in live games, or unfairly influence sports betting markets.
• Use of Automated Tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting system to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from Foya88.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, transfer, or conceal proceeds of criminal activity. Foya88 is required by law to report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence authorities.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or payment provider after funds have been received and used on the Platform.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another individual, or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Exploitation of System Errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winings obtained through known system errors are non-withdrawable and will be voided.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Foya88 staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.

Foya88 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Players are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process prior to their first withdrawal and upon request by Foya88 at any subsequent point.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid, unaltered colour copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad) — front and back — or an equivalent government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months), if requested.
• Proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits), if requested.

Foya88 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe, typically within a few hours during standard operating hours. Accounts with pending KYC will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is approved. Foya88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Multi-accounting or identity fraud.
• At the Player's own request (voluntary closure).
• Compliance with a legal obligation, regulatory direction, or court order.
• Where Foya88 reasonably determines that continued account operation poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or third parties.

10.1 Closure by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting Foya88 support. Prior to closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts under investigation for misconduct may have withdrawals withheld pending resolution.

10.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to self-exclude for responsible gambling reasons may do so through their Account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods may be temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent. During a self-exclusion period, Foya88 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded Player from creating new accounts, though we cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foya88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions or payment providers, including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and e-wallet operators.
• Loss of data due to hardware failure, cyber-attack, or force majeure events.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, RTP figures, and promotional materials.

In no event shall Foya88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player exceed the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in this clause shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by Foya88's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

All content on the Foya88 Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, promotional materials, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of Foya88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Platform without express written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Platform's content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any automated scraping, indexing, or data extraction tool on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Foya88 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
